CIRCULATE THE MEDIA SURVEY

Please take a moment and fill out our survey. Please submit online or download a printable PDF (requires the free utility Adobe Acrobat Reader) and make copies and circulate it among your family, friends, co-workers, professional colleagues, and others. These are very important questions in establishing a broad basis of public interest in Citizen Feedback Forums.

Media Survey
What do you think about programming on the major broadcast TV stations—ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX? Are you satisfied with their entertainment programming? Are you satisfied with their informational/news programming? Would you like to give broadcasters feedback regarding what is ON television, and, perhaps more importantly, what is NOT on television?

We want to hear from you. Please complete this survey and send it, either electronically or by paper, to Our Media Voice.

Did you know that broadcast TV stations (ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox) in local communities have a unique legal obligation to serve the public interest—which means they are required to provide programming that responds to the needs of the community? In fact, unlike cable TV stations, broadcasters must serve the public interest before they serve their own profits.
